For every carat, a mined diamond requires 7300 liters of water and emits 160kg of CO2. This is drastically high compared to just 300 liters of water and 12kg of CO2 for each carat grown in a lab. (Trucost Report 2017). Therefore, creating our jewels exclusively with lab-grown diamonds is a conscious choice.

Your shipment is fully insured and requires a signature when it's delivered. However, insurance coverage ends once the parcel is delivered and signed for.

Unsaid delivers in-stock items within 3-7 working days. For all made-to-order and personalized pieces, our master artisans will begin crafting your jewel immediately and will ship directly from our atelier within 25 business days.

Once the order is confirmed, you can no longer change the delivery address. If you need to change the address, please email our Customer Service team at hello@unsaid.com with your order number and the updated delivery address.

Exchanges or refunds are offered within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds:

Conditions:
Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, along with the receipt and all accessories: boxes, booklets, tags, protective elements, etc. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for personalized products.

To track your return shipment, refer to the tracking number provided by your carrier or email the Unsaid Customer Service team at hello@unsaid.com to check your return status. Unsaid submits all returns to a strict quality assessment. If your return passes our quality assessment, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

We replace defective jewels free of charge. Email our Customer Service team at hello@unsaid.com with a detailed description of the issue within 30 days of receiving the jewel to notify us of any faults.

Unsaid submits all jewelry to a strict quality assessment. The jewelry must be in unworn condition. Damaged or soiled items that reasonably suggest the jewel has been worn will be denied a refund or exchange. Our Customer Service team will let you know if your return meets our quality assessment. Additionally, made-to-order or engraved jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you wish to exchange the product for another product or size, please notify the Unsaid Customer Service team at hello@unsaid.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
An item can only be exchanged once. Personalized and engraved items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Regular maintenance is the best way to ensure the longevity of your precious jewels. In everyday use, your jewelry might be subject to stress, such as bumps, scratches, UV radiation, dust, sweat, and fluctuations in temperature. For this reason, we recommend you have your jewelry cleaned and serviced annually by bringing it to one of our stores or an authorized distributor.
Unsaid offers repair services for products purchased in our stores from unsaid.com and via authorized distributors. The “Our store” section on unsaid.com allows you to locate your nearest store.
