Shipping policy

All deliveries will be made through DHL courier services.
If an item is available in stock, it will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. If the piece is not in stock, it will be created especially for you and dispatched from our manufacturing centre. This process takes about 10-15 working days. Once an order is placed, it can be tracked on the ‘My Unsaid’ page. Unsaid is currently available worldwide except in China and in the United States. At Unsaid, all deliveries are complimentary.

Exchange Policy

Customers have 30 days from the received date to notify our Customer Service team about the exchange of your jewel or get a gift card. Then they have 14 days to physically return the piece to our Unsaid boutique in Antwerp. Customers may exchange their product for an identical product or for any other product(s) of the same value or more. Personalised items produced according to and/or at the request of the customer cannot be exchanged. The jewellery must not have been worn and must be in its original case with the certificate of authenticity and the invoice.

We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected. Any item not returned or returned incomplete, spoiled, broken, damaged, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that it has been used or worn, will not be exchanged. All returned products are submitted to a strict quality check. If your return meets our quality check, we will then send you a new piece or issue a gift card within 14 days.

Refund Policy

For online purchase only, customers have 14 days from the received date to notify our Customer Service team about their wish to return your jewel and get a refund. Personalised items produced according to and/or at the request of the customer cannot be refunded. Then they have 14 days to physically return the piece to our Unsaid boutique in Antwerp. The jewellery must not have been worn and must be in its original case with the certificate of authenticity and the invoice. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected. If your return meets our quality check, we will then get a refund within 15 days. The refund will be made to the same card or account used by you at the time of purchase.

Gift card policy

A gift card can be issued if an exchange has been validated by our Customer Service team. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It is not exchangeable or refundable, even partially, in the event of loss, theft or expiration. It may not be used to purchase another gift card.
