Shipping policy
Unsaid Paris partners with DHL, FedEx, Ferrari, and Brinks—to ensure your order arrives safely. We offer complimentary shipping on all deliveries.
Your shipment is fully insured and requires a signature when it's delivered. However, insurance coverage ends once the parcel is delivered and signed for.
Jewellery in stock will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days. If it is not, our master artisans will begin crafting your jewel immediately and will ship directly from our atelier within 25 business days.
Return Policy
Exchanges or refunds are offered within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for an item of equal or greater value. To proceed with an exchange, please contact us at hello@unsaid.com.
Refunds:
Refunds are exclusively available to the original purchaser, issued to the payment method used for the initial purchase. Refund processing may take up to 14 days from the receipt of the returned product. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@unsaid.com.
Conditions:
Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, along with the receipt and all accessories: boxes, booklets, tags, protective elements, etc.
No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for personalized products.
