Jewellery in stock will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. If it is not, our master artisans will begin crafting your jewel immediately and will ship directly from our atelier within 21 business days.

For any purchase made between November 1 and December 31, enjoy free exchanges or refunds until January 31.

Refunds:
Refunds are exclusively available to the original purchaser, issued to the payment method used for the initial purchase. Refund processing may take up to 14 days from the receipt of the returned product. To request

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, along with the receipt and all accessories: boxes, booklets, tags, protective elements, etc.
