All Unsaid jewels can be polished at any of our stores, and each jewel comes with a certificate of authenticity in addition to IGI certificates for all diamonds 0.5 carats and above, verifying their G+ colour and VS1+ quality.

We collaborate with DHL, FedEx, Ferrari, and Brinks to ensure fast and secure delivery. Shipping is free for all orders. Your shipment is fully insured and requires a signature when it's delivered. However, insurance coverage ends once the parcel is delivered and signed for.
If the item you desire is in stock, it will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days. If not, our artisans will create it especially for you, and it will be shipped from our workshop within 25 business days.
Exchanges and refunds are offered within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that personalized products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Unsaid takes every effort to make each jewel special and unique, down to the moment it’s wrapped. All jewels are wrapped in Unsaid’s signature packaging and can be made even more precious with a personalised engraving on select styles or a handwritten note.
