Unsaid Unveils The World’s Largest
Lab-Grown Diamond Ring
On Monday, July 4th, we launched the exquisite Reminiscence Ring at Ritz Paris during Haute Couture week.
“Capturing memories of the earth and our desire to hold on to what we are losing day by day, this ring represents our sentiments about a planet we deeply love,” shares Brand Director Shraddha Mehta. Throughout the day— fashion, editorial, and creative industry friends came to celebrate the unveiling of the extraordinary jewel and connect over their environmental recollections.
Unsaid worked with experts worldwide to transform sketches of bubbles into a futuristic ring, breaking boundaries of design and innovation. It took nearly two years of attempts before Unsaid could grow 14 individual stones of a total of 158 rough lab-grown diamond carats.
Eighteen long months of expertise and passion materialized into 4,22 grams of gold and 35,90 carats— making this the world’s largest lab-grown diamond ring. A proprietary setting was developed to seamlessly interconnect each of the 14 stones at their unique positions along the powerful silhouette. The extreme precision of facets and diverse angles made this jewel a feat of creation. Exclusively developed by Unsaid, this unprecedented bubble cut gives the ring a total number of 1300 facets, making its brilliance extremely unique.
”The idea of this piece
was to capture bubbles
in the most organic
and natural form, in
enormous and
impactful size.”
In efforts to both revive and sustain the planet, profits of the Reminiscence Ring will be shared between Sea Shepherd Conservation Society and One Tree Planted.
The sole purpose of Sea Shepherd is to protect all marine wildlife and support developing coastal and island governments in protecting their sovereign waters against illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing. One Tree Planted is a charity with a mission to help global reforestation efforts.
