All Unsaid jewels are crafted with love and longevity in mind, and with the right care each piece can be cherished forever. See our care guide for more details and tips on how to look after your pieces. All Unsaid jewels can be polished at any of our stores, and each jewel comes with a certificate of authenticity.


An IGI diamond certificate accompanies each standard cut diamond (round, radiant, pear, oval, cushion, etc.) amounting to 0.5 carats and above and each special cut diamond (bubble, phoenix, trillion, beautiful tear) 1 carat or more. All Unsaid lab-grown diamonds are of H+ colour and VS+ quality.

We offer complimentary delivery with DHL on all orders. Delivery times range from 4–35 working days depending on whether the item is immediately available in stock. More information on delivery time will be available at checkout. If you change your mind we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Each order is prepared at the Unsaid store, where it is packaged in a beautiful book-style jewel box. Choose our signature box, or customise your own from a range of commissioned artworks from our creative community. You can also personalise your gift by adding a card featuring poems from a selection of writers and poets. Your order will be sent with additional packaging to keep the jewels and jewel box secure during shipping.
